illegal drugs are involved, and require specialist handling in
all cases.

by insects or vermin
Alive or dead, insects or vermin and their excrement create very
unpleasant situations that are also likely to pose health hazards.

accumulated household waste
Material can accumulate in houses and gardens through long-term
neglect and might create a variety of problems, including infestation
and contamination. On occasions personal effects may have to be
sorted and separated.
